Small strips of paper are carefully rolled up to create these beads. To achieve the bright coloring seen in every bead, each bead is dipped into dye and left to dry. This process is repeated seven times over. Once are dry, rings of beads are made using five complementary colors. These rings are slipped over a strand of gold colored beads to create this necklace.
