This coffee blend is sourced from 410 farmers within the Gedeb district of Ethiopia. Cultivated on small plots of land, the farmers deliver the beans to the washing station where it is carefully hand sorted and washed. It is then placed on raised beds to dry for 12 to 15 days. This coffee boasts an above-average sweetness and produces undertones of blackberry, black tea, and pomegranate.
